  • We usually need 3–7 business days to process and ship your order.
  • During holidays, peak seasons, or high-demand periods, there may be slight delays due to increased order volume  but we’ll always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
  •  Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with all tracking details, so you can follow your package step by step.

Return & Exchange Policy

At DS, our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your experience. But if you face any issue with your order, we’re here to support you.

  • You can return or exchange an item within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Some special promotions or exclusive items may have different conditions, and we always make those clear at the time of purchase.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition — unused and with all packaging and accessories included.

  • Attach a photo showing the item’s condition, and we’ll guide you through the rest of the process.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
